Terms and Conditions

1. The Property and Booking

I/we understand that this agreement is between myself/ourselves (“the Guest”) and the property owner or their authorised agent (“the Owner”). The booking is for short-term holiday accommodation only and does not create a tenancy or any rights of occupation beyond the agreed stay.

I/we confirm that the details provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete.

2. Payment and Confirmation

I/we agree to pay the full rental amount, including any applicable security deposit, cleaning fees, or local taxes, by the due dates specified at the time of booking. My/our booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

3. Use of the Property

I/we agree that the property will be used solely for holiday purposes and only by the number of guests stated in the booking. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Owner.

I/we will not allow any additional guests to stay overnight without prior approval.

4. Behaviour and House Rules

I/we agree to behave in a respectful manner and to ensure that all members of my/our party do the same. I/we will comply with all house rules provided, including those relating to noise, parking, waste disposal, and use of amenities.

I/we understand that excessive noise, nuisance behaviour, or breach of house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

5. Care of the Property

I/we agree to keep the property, furnishings, and all equipment in a clean and good condition during the stay. I/we will report any damage or issues to the Owner as soon as reasonably possible.

I/we accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or breakages caused by myself/ourselves or members of my/our party and agree that the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

6. Check-in and Check-out

I/we agree to comply with the stated check-in and check-out times unless otherwise agreed in advance. Late departure may result in additional charges.

At check-out, I/we agree to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition and to follow any departure instructions provided.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

I/we understand and accept the cancellation policy as stated at the time of booking. Any refunds due will be calculated in accordance with that policy.

I/we acknowledge that no refunds will be given for early departure, adverse weather, travel disruption, or circumstances beyond the Owner’s control.

8. Owner’s Right of Entry

I/we agree that the Owner or their authorised representative may access the property during the stay if necessary for maintenance, repairs, safety concerns, or emergencies, and where reasonably possible, notice will be given.

9. Liability and Risk

I/we acknowledge that use of the property and any amenities (including pools, hot tubs, balconies, or outdoor areas) is entirely at my/our own risk. I/we agree to take reasonable care at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I/we agree that the Owner shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage to persons or personal property during the stay, except where caused by the Owner’s negligence.

10. Personal Belongings

I/we accept responsibility for my/our personal belongings and understand that the Owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left at the property.

11. Force Majeure

I/we understand that the Owner shall not be liable for failure to provide the accommodation where such failure is due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility failures.

12. Termination of Stay

I/we understand that the Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if these Terms and Conditions are breached or if my/our behaviour poses a risk to the property, neighbours, or others.

13. Governing Law

I/we agree that this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the property is located.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the booking and occupying the property, I/we confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all guests in my/our party.
